⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ FIRST!
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, I, as the seller, am responsible for resolving the issue. In such a case, I will determine whether the customer:

receives a refund, or
-
is sent a replacement product.
I always ensure that every order is carefully packaged and shipped correctly. If anything goes wrong during transit, I take it seriously and choose the most appropriate solution.
Note: By placing an order, you agree that I determine the solution offered in case of loss or damage during shipping.
Shipping
All products are shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Please note: Cancellation is not possible once the goods are on their way; wait until you have received the goods before initiating a return. You may, of course, inform us in advance about your cancellation. Never return the package directly to the shipping company. We will provide you with the correct return address after you contact us.
Returns – Damaged Items or Dissatisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. The product must be returned in the same condition as when received and meet the following requirements:

The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging is intact as received.

The product has been used normally; damage due to careless use is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, provided the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the mistake is ours (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
Never send the product back to the sender without informing us. We will provide the correct return address after you contact us.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)

Hygiene or sanitary items

Personalized products

Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health products
Return Shipping Costs

We are responsible: If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we pay the return shipping costs.

Customer is responsible: If you return a product and we are not at fault, you pay the return shipping costs.
